Mines got to be the actual ghost in lavender tower, because It's the closest thing pokemon get to scary. Well, besides garbardor.

Yeah the actual ghost is a bit enigmatic and it scared the heck out of me when I was younger.

I guess that I can count Marowak's ghost as being a favourite of mine then. I liked how it seemed malicious at first but then after being defeated it was laid to rest...
